In anticipation of an opening, Mitchell Public Schools is seeking applications for the following position:

Activities/Athletic Director

This position is an Administative Position and is an 11-month contract beginning on or around Aug. 1, 2026.  This person is responsible for oversight of all activiites and athletics in the district grades 7-12.  This includes supervision of coaches and sponsors, organization and supervision of competitions and events, and the general flow of all areas in extracurricular activiites.

This position may include additoinal administrative responsibilities based on expertise.

This person collaborates and works closely with the administrative team and must be a good team member.
