Salary Range\: $34,424 - $44,071 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.

All employees of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) are required to complete training on policies and procedures administered by the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), under the supervision of the Associate Vice Chancellor of Institutional Equity/Title IX Coordinator. To be considered for this role you must have knowledge of softball training and coaching techniques. This position will need to understand, or have the ability to learn, the NCAA forms and compliance requirements.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, as well as coaching experience at the college or high school level. Experience at the Division II level is highly desirable.
Candidates must demonstrate experience working with diverse populations in a multi-cultural environment that is committed to diversity and equality in education.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills are valuable in this role.
