Detailed Description: |
The University of San Diego is seeking a strategic, innovative, and relationship-driven leader to serve as the Associate/Senior Associate Athletic Director for Revenue Generation and Innovation. This position will serve as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Athletics. As a key member of the Athletic Director’s executive leadership team, this position will be responsible for the strategic leadership, integration, and growth of all revenue-generating functions within the Athletics Department. This position will report directly to the Executive Director of Athletics.
This role is pivotal to advancing USD Athletics' mission by building innovative revenue models that directly support the holistic development of our student-athletes and the long-term success of our programs. This position is also intended to be forward-thinking and innovative to stay aligned with the changing industry landscape.

Posting Salary: |
$10,000-14,166.67 per month; Excellent Benefits The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget. |
