PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing care and prevention of athletic injuries including therapeutic rehabilitation of injured athletes to allow for the least amount of loss of competition while keeping the mental and physical welfare of the athlete as the top priority
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree, required
Licensed by the Texas Board of Athletic Trainers, required
Certification, National Athletic Trainer’s Association, preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to provide first aide, CPR and to assess physical injuries of athletes
Experience:
Clinical/professional experience in related field, preferred
Working Days: 205
Daily Rate pay range:
Minimum: $ 300.55
Maximum: $ 419.33
Note: Starting pay for a new hire in a pay range plan will be determined individually based on each person's job-related experience and salaries paid to peer employees in the same position with similar experience.
