Carthage College Athletics is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Athletic Trainer to join our
sports medicine team. This full-time, eleven-month position offers a supportive work-life
balance, 40 hours per week during the academic year, June provides optional opportunities
to participate in paid summer camps at a rate of $35-$40 per hour, and July offers
additional camp opportunities. During the summer, you also have flexibility with a remote workload.BOC, NATA, and licensure dues will be paid.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The opportunity for international travel with assigned teams is common. The position also involves collaboration with the
Carthage College Athletic Training Education Program, a CAATE-accredited master s-level
program, where you will supervise graduate Athletic Training students as a preceptor. Academic
teaching appointments also exist in the School of Health, Allied Health Science, and Master's of
Athletic Training Program, with associated stipend.
