Coaches must have experience in the specific sport he/she is applying for and knowledge in total body conditioning. Follow all policies and procedures within the MIAA and GLTS, display positive character, promote sportsmanship on /off the field, develop leadership skills, stress the importance of academics, coordinate community service activity (s), and build pride within their program, school, and community.
