Arlington Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach. This individual will be responsible for leading the program, fostering student-athlete growth, and building a culture of excellence both on and off the court. The coach will oversee all aspects of the program, including player development, team strategy, and coordination with the athletic department.
Prior coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level (head coaching preferred, but not required).
Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategy, and conditioning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and develop student-athletes both athletically and personally.
Ability to work effectively with administrators, athletic department staff, and faculty
Must meet all state and district coaching certification and background check requirements.
