Head JV Field Hockey Coach

Kent Place School seeks a Head JV Field Hockey Coach for the Fall 2025 season (August 18 - November 23). This role requires high school coaching experience (collegiate experience in coaching or playing preferred) and a commitment to building a positive, competitive team culture focused on student growth, fundamentals, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and educate student-athletes in all aspects of field hockey.

• Plan and implement practices and game strategies.

•Supervise assistant coaches and ensure student safety.

• Coordinate schedules, team tryouts, and preseason activities.

• Promote team culture through communication and mentorship.

• Uphold school values and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.

Schedule: Weekdays, 3:45-6:00 PM (some games may run later).
