Juanita High School Juanita High School (part of the Juanita Learning Community) is seeking qualified candidates for a position as Head Men's Soccer Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a head coach level position. - High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be minimum of 21 years old for Head Coach position.
- Must be able to motivate student athletics and maintain positive rapport with players and parents.
- Must be organized in management of equipment, statistics and written record.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must meet and abide by LWSD policies and guidelines, (first aid, CPR, AED, HIV, HBV, fingerprinting, Expectations for Employee Conduct class, references, orientation, and eligibility work form).
- Must meet minimum age requirements per the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA).
- Must meet WIAA experience level coach’s standards and follow their rules and regulations.
- Prior successful high school coaching experience.
- Demonstrated cooperation with school administration in promoting the total athletic program.
- Must be able to organize, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate practice sessions and related activities.
- Demonstrated proper sportsmanship responsibilities as a good role model for parents, students and fans.
- Must be able to communicate and enforce training rules and athletic code.
- Must pass criminal background check.
Season: 3/2/2026 - 5/9/2026
Certificated Stipend: $6,150 per the season
Classified hourly rate: $25.63 per hour (240 hour calendar)
There are no benefits assigned to this position.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Proof of valid First Aid, AED and CPR Adult & Child certification is required upon hire.
