SCHOOL/ORGANIZATION: St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire, is a completely residential, co-educational secondary school affiliated with the Episcopal Church and welcoming to people of all faiths. Summary: St. Paul’s School seeks a dynamic, experienced, and values-driven Head Wrestling Coach to lead its varsity wrestling program during the winter season. This is an opportunity to guide and mentor student-athletes in a competitive and mission-aligned program that emphasizes both technical development and strong team culture.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in wrestling from both a technical and tactical perspective and understands how athletics can serve as a powerful tool in shaping student character. At St. Paul’s, coaching is about more than wins and losses—it’s about instilling core values such as discipline, resilience, selflessness, leadership, and a commitment to team over self.
This position is a part-time position that runs from late November through February. Other coaching opportunities within the department may be available for interested candidates throughout the year.

The School prides itself on its work ethic and sportsmanship while striving for athletic excellence. Interscholastic teams meet four days a week for afternoon practices, while competition days are primarily reserved for Wednesdays and Saturdays.
