JH Assistant Football Coach

JH Assistant Football Coach. This is a part-time, seasonal position located in Rangely, CO.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the Head Coach in management of the JH Football program which may include, but not limited to: scheduling, planning, organizing, training, safety and promoting the team and Rangely Activities Department.
2. Demonstrate productive coaching strategies, skills, knowledge of Football and personal fitness.
3. Establish solid communication and build quality relationships with student participants, parents and the community in general.
4. To assist the student athlete in the areas of academic excellence and eligibility and provide an atmosphere of personal growth.
5. A genuine commitment to Rangely Jr./Sr. High School philosophies, students, staff, and surrounding community.

Desired qualifications:

1. One to three years of coaching experience.
2. Skills related to coaching, teaching, recruiting, and mentoring athletes.
3. Effective and Professional Communication Skills

Position will be open until filled and is contingent upon passing a fingerprint/background check.
