?? Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced coach to lead and develop our student-athletes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to student development, and the ability to foster a positive and competitive team environment.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective practice plans and game strategies.

• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic achievement among student-athletes.

• Organize and supervise all team activities, including practices, games, and events.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.

• Ensure compliance with all district, state, and athletic association policies and regulations.

? Required Qualifications

• Arizona Coaching Certificate issued by the Arizona Department of Education.

• Current Arizona IVP or Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Completion of the following NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations) online courses:

   

  • Fundamentals of Coaching

  • Concussion in Sports

  • Heat Illness Prevention

  • Bullying, Hazing, and Inappropriate Behavior

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification

?? Preferred Qualifications

• Previous high school or collegiate coaching experience.

• Demonstrated ability to articulate coaching philosophies and practice plans.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
