Position: Middle School Boys' Soccer Coach Season Duration: September 2025 - November 2025 Compensation: $3,899 for the season (no additional benefits)
Overview: Regional School District No. 1 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School Boys' Soccer Coach to lead our middle school team for the 2025-2026 season. The ideal candidate will inspire, motivate, and guide student-athletes, fostering both skill development and sportsmanship in a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting practices, games, and team activities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance players’ skills and team performance
Promote teamwork, dedication, and good sportsmanship on and off the court
Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes
Qualifications:
CPR and First Aid Certification
Completed Concussion Training
Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Program Completion
5-Year Coaching Permit or Emergency Coaching Permit
Fingerprinting and DCF Background Check
High School Diploma
Physical Requirements:
Ability to actively move around the field, demonstrating drills and coaching from the sidelines
Endurance to remain on your feet for extended periods during practices and games
Occasional lifting of equipment up to 30 pounds
Clear communication and the ability to project voice across the court
