Greenville University Athletics is accepting applications for the part- time assistant coach for Football. The selected candidate must provide evidence of a vibrant Christian faith, clearly understand and internalize the mission of Greenville University, and articulate the value of Christian higher education.


Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct effective training sessions that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game

- Develop game strategies and provide guidance during practices and matches

- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among players

- Monitor and assess players' progress and provide constructive feedback

- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding team activities and player development

- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least two years of coaching in the sport of football at the collegiate level preferred..
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to student-athlete welfare, academic success, University/NCAA rules.
  • Commitment to Christ-like character and service
  • Valid driver's license required.
