Job Summary
We are seeking a Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team! As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach with us, you will be teaching in a group as well as on an individual level, and you will be handling a variety of age groups and skill levels. You will also track student progress, provide feedback, motivation, and support. The ideal candidate will be positive, have experience teaching, coaching or participating in organized sports, as well as having the ability to spot and foster talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead classes of various skill levels and ages
- Plan activities and lessons for individuals and class settings
- Track the progress and growth of students under your care

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
About Impact Gymnastics Academy
IMPACT Gymnastics Academy is a children’s gymnastics gym with Olympic-class coaching and state-of-the-art equipment.
We are devoted to training athletes with world-class gymnastics coaching so they can become more disciplined and focused to improve their overall health.
IMPACT Gymnastics Academy is a private gym whose main focus is gymnastics, however, we also provide the NINJA Zone and various types of Tumbling including Tumbling for Cheer. Impact has Olympic-level gymnastics coaching and equipment and serves girls for competitive and recreational programs and both boys and girls in Kinder Kids, NINJA Zone and our Tumbling classes.
Impact’s athletic philosophy is to provide the highest level of coaching and support to its athletes. Additionally, we are parent-centric, understanding from direct experience that parents’ needs are under-served in most gymnastics facilities in Arizona.
Our business culture recognizes that strong communication, sensitivity to budgetary and scheduling issues, and the treatment of their children are parents’ primary concerns and will be at the heart of all we do.
