PHILOSOPHY:

- Understand and maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information. Confidentiality includes, but is not limited to, any student, administrative, and financial information.
- Communicate and collaborate positively with administrators, faculty, staff, volunteers, parents, and students.
- Be detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and structure.
OBJECTIVES:
- Possess a passion for coaching, a strong understanding of the sport, and the ability to develop both individual players and the team as a whole
- The Head Girls Soccer Coach will assist in fostering a positive, competitive, and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience at the high school and/or club level (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes, promoting teamwork and personal growth.
- Ability to commit to the full season, including after-school practices, games, and weekend tournaments.
- TSSAA courses, CPR, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
