Salary is based on an 19-week NCAA winter sport season and the success of the team beyond the regular season. This is a 0.164 FTE part-time, exempt salaried non-benefit eligible position. 2024-2025 Hired assistant coaches will receive $311.51 per week for the 19-week NCAA winter season.
