Salary Range
$55,000.00 - $85,000.00Overview
This position will plan, administer, and manage the strength and conditioning programs for Men's Lacrosse and other select teams the in conjunction with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Principal Responsibilities
1. Designs year-long, comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams to include preseason, in season, post season and off-season training cycles. 2. Assists in scheduling, managing and maintenance of three varsity weight rooms. 3. Tests and evaluates student athletes to track progress of program. 4. Meets regularly with coaches and athletic trainers to keep updated on student athletes' status. 5. Supervises and trains student employees. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in physical education, Exercise Physiology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Certified First Aid / CPRBackground Check Requirements
