Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and support for up to 16 Athletic Trainers, ensuring alignment with state regulations, which may include reviewing and signing supervising physician protocol for state licensing requirements
• Review and sign supervising physician protocol for state licensing requirements.
• Hold weekly office hours (up to 2 hours per week) to discuss patient cases, share best practices, evaluate current research, and offer guidance on clinical decision-making.
• Conduct quarterly presentations to Athletic Trainers focused on best practices, recent advancements in research, and clinical strategies to enhance athletic training services.
