Step into a role where you’re more than just support—you’re the connector between patients, physicians, and the care team. As a Clinical Athletic Trainer, you’ll ensure smooth clinic flow from check-in to check-out while supporting both patient needs and provider efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a liaison for patients, providers, and medical staff to deliver a seamless care experience

• Collect patient histories and maintain accurate records (HIPAA compliant)

• Assist with vitals, wound care, suture/staple removal, and brace/crutch fittings

• Provide patient education and home exercise protocols as directed

• Keep exam rooms and clinic spaces stocked, clean, and organized

• Support daily clinic operations—chart prep, phone calls, opening/closing procedures, and backup coverage when needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science

• Licensed Athletic Trainer in Missouri (must remain current)

• BLS certification

• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred:

• Orthopedic clinic experience
