Summit High School in beautiful Summit County, Colorado is seeking a dynamic coach and educator to lead the boy’s hockey program program beginning in the 2025-26 school year.
Under the direction of the athletic director and Summit High School administration and in accordance with Summit School District policies, procedures and CHSAA regulations, the Head Boy's Hockey Coach shall be responsible for the phases of the program.

- Balances the student-first approach with hockey skill development, improvement and competetive success.
- Teaches and develops sport and life skills, leadership, integrity and sportsmanship.
- Always serves as a positive role model as well as an exemplary representative of Summit High School.
- Effectively manages the budget to include fund raising.
- Committed to consistent interaction with players and potential Summit hockey student-athletes.
- Promotes hockey in Summit County and builds relationships with the community and constituents.
- Hires assistant coaches who share the same goals as the Head Coach for student-athlete development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- High school and/or college playing experience preferred
- 3 or more years of coaching experience preferred

Hiring Range: $391.50 - $861.30 weekly.
