The Middle School Girls Soccer Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the girls' soccer program at the middle school level. This includes coaching student-athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for competitive play, fostering sportsmanship and teamwork, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all players.
Plan and lead regular practices focusing on skill development, conditioning, teamwork, and game strategies.
Promote a positive and inclusive team environment.
Teach the fundamental principles of soccer in a developmentally appropriate way.
Manage game-day logistics including lineups, substitutions, and in-game coaching.
Supervise student-athletes during all team-related activities.
Maintain open and respectful communication with players, parents, school staff, and the athletic department.
