The Manheim Central School District is hiring a Head Varsity Softball Coach beginning with the 2025-26 school year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and success of the Softball program, which is a PIAA District III 5A program, participating in the Lancaster-Lebanon League.
The ideal candidate is expected to have a complete knowledge of advanced softball skills and strategies, and will need to impart that knowledge to senior high student-athletes. This candidate must also be able to demonstrate proven coaching techniques and philosophy and a willingness to work within the goals of the Manheim Central Athletic Department. This candidate will also be responsible for developing and organizing practices, planning and leading the team through a competitive season, as well as developing an off-season program.
Previous playing and/or coaching experience and experience working with student-athletes preferred; Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
