Job Posting: High School Varsity Baseball Coach
Aliquippa School District is seeking a dedicated Varsity Baseball Coach to lead our high school baseball program. The ideal candidate will promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while developing a competitive program that supports the academic and athletic growth of all student-athletes.
Qualifications:
- Prior baseball coaching and/or playing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
- Must meet all PIAA and district coaching requirements, including clearances
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct practices and conditioning sessions
- Teach baseball fundamentals, rules, and strategies
- Promote teamwork, positive sportsmanship, and safety
Communicate with the athletic director, players, and families
