Job Posting: High School Varsity Softball Coach
Aliquippa School District is accepting applications for a Varsity Softball Coach to lead our high school program. The successful candidate will focus on developing student-athletes through skill instruction, team building, and academic support.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching and/or playing experience in softball preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Commitment to academic and athletic success of student-athletes
- Must meet all PIAA and district coaching requirements, including clearances
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans and conditioning sessions
- Teach softball fundamentals, rules, and strategies
- Build a positive, competitive program that emphasizes teamwork and sportsmanship
Ensure athlete safety and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
