Soccer Youth: All-American Series Soccer Coach (Summer 2025)

• July 11-13, 2025 – Cary, North Carolina
• July 18-20, 2025 – Round Rock, Texas
• July 25-27, 2025 – Bradenton, Florida (IMG Academy)
• August 1-3, 2025 – Gatlinburg, Tennessee
• August 8-10, 2025 – Canton, Ohio
• August 15-17, 2025 – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
•  August 29-31, 2025 – Toronto, Ontario (Canada)

Overview:  

As a successful All-American Soccer Coach, you will instruct, motivate, organize, and manage a team during the All-American Series. These events will be played during Summer of 2025. 

About All-American Series:  

The All-American Series are youth soccer tournaments for individual players specialized in bringing teammates, coaches, and families together through an unmatched experience. We are committed to maintaining the values and experience gained from playing the game; while making sure there’s a whole lot of fun along the way.  

Responsibilities: 

• Lead 2 teams in the All-American Series, teaching kids ages 8-15 the fundamentals of soccer, the All-American Way
• Manage a team through the All-American Series tournament by organizing a lineup and substitutions
• Learn how to operate the best soccer evaluations in the nation, from those who have created and implemented the standards and practices
• Create a fun, dynamic atmosphere for participants, developing camaraderie and acting as a positive role model
• Uphold the values and brand standards established by All-American Series
• Operate instructional stations and evaluations (including throwing, catching, and agilities)

• Observe and evaluate player performance
• Gain knowledge of and training in management, coaching, and working independently when assisting with event operations
• Aid in setting up and breaking down soccer equipment at the start or end of each day as needed
• Assist partner brand and agency representatives in setting up and breaking down event production equipment and promotional items
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while providing extraordinary customer service
• Be considered to work other All-American Series events at the conclusion of the event, based on performance

Requirements: 

• Past soccer experience with a strong understanding of fundamentals; interest in coaching
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior coaching experience
• Prior experience working with children, exhibiting the ability to be patient and understanding 
• An outgoing, friendly personality, initiative, and high level of energy
• Ability and willingness to physically perform all job responsibilities

Working Conditions/Special Physical Requirements: 

• Regular lifting of heavy items of 20 pounds or more
• Exposure to extreme heat or cold
