Varsity Assistant Girls Basketball Coach

Summit High School in beautiful Summit County, Colorado is seeking a dynamic coach and educator to serve as Varsity Assistant for the girl’s basketball program program beginning in the 2025-26 school year. 

Under the direction of the athletic director and Summit High School administration and in accordance with Summit School District policies, procedures and CHSAA regulations, the Varisty Assistant Girls Basketball coach shall suppoort and contribute to the Girl's Basketball program.

• Prepared to consistently provide basketball and team building feedback to the Head Coach.
• Has the ability and desire to bring fresh ideas to the program and a willingness to collaborate.
• Supports a student-first approach with basketball skill development, improvement and competetive success.
• Serves as a positive role model as well as an exemplary representative of Summit High School. 
• Promotes basketball in Summit County and builds relationships with the community and constituents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• High school and/or college playing experience preferred
• 3 or more years of coaching experience preferred

Hiring Range: $391.50 - $861.30 weekly.
